Do I have to pay for using your website?

No, using our website is completely free for you.

How much does it cost to list my apartment?

Listing your apartment is completely free for you.
 Only if you have a booking, we charge a 8% fee  (excl. VAT)  to days that you have actually rented out.

Guests  book a room without a prepayment

The payment for your stay is processed by the hotel during or after your stay,  in your confirmation email.
Guests can reserve a room and make a payment upon arrival. Reservation without payment is an easy and quick way to take care of your accommodation in advance without spending a single penny.

Damaged property by guests

Property owners can request damage deposit from the guest.

Cancellations and no – shows

All accommodation providers are strongly recommended to use the cancellation/prepayment  procedure, in order to avoid any problems with cancellation,  and no-shows.Your booking conditions and cancellation policy should also be clearly stated on summerhotelseurope website.

When is the summerhotelseurope invoice due?

At the end of each month, we’ll send you an invoice with the amount of commission owed.  Pay within 14 days after you have received it. The commission applies to days that you have actually rented out.

What is a Credit note?

A credit note is issued by summerhotelseurope in various situations to correct a mistake, such as when  an invoice amount is overstated or a cancellation has occured the guest does not show up.
 Correct discount rate is  applied by summerhotelseurope,only if the property owner has informed summerhotelseurope for days on room cancellation within the deadline, before an invoice payment is due.
